Jehn and Jena Co-Founders of The Creative Roundtable

The Creative Roundtable was founded in late 2014 by Jehn Glynn and Jena Nesbitt, two creative entrepreneurs living in Portland, Oregon. They started TCR to help their peers overcome the numerous obstacles faced by designers, makers, artists, and musicians as they try to profit from their passions.

Jehn Glynn is a creative entrepreneur with a strong passion for helping others succeed by recognizing and creating their career path in life, through their passions. She does that by running The Creative Roundtable with Jena and as an adjuct teacher for the Art Institute of Portland, teaching in the Graphic Design department. She believes that bringing together individuals with diverse skill sets not only breeds success, but allows you to open your mind even further to possibilities. Previously, Jehn ran her own Web and Graphic Design business for  over 7 years.

Jena Nesbitt is an avid teacher and learner, constantly striving to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit of other creatives. In 2016 she accepted an adjunct professor position with the Art Institute of Portland, teaching courses in Creative Entrepreneurship and Fashion Forecasting. She is the author of the Creative Business Canvas, a visual business model tool built specifically for artists, designers, and creative businesses. Jena works as a trend forecasting consultant with national companies, utilizing her background in visual merchandising, textile design, and product development to inspire future apparel & lifestyle products.
